Create and develop detailed 3D models using BIM software from Bentley/Autodesk.
Assist in developing and maintaining established BIM standards and workflows and ensure integrity/quality of the model and drawing.
Assist with the updates and archival of 3D models for submission.
Prepare and update BIM models based on vendor model/drawings, external/internal comments, and latest information.
Coordinate the extraction of key data from the model.
Interface with project planner to create 4D model.
Interface with peers of their discipliners to resolve basic modelling issues
Generate 2D & 3D shop drawing for construction and as-built from BIM model.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Competent on the use of BIM software form Autodesk/Bentley, and modelling techniques to produce 3D modelling and 2D drawing production from 3D models.
Certification of CET-6 is required.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Good communication and writing in English.
