Job Description
urner & Townsend Singapore are looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our growing team. The successful applicant will help implement BIM on behalf of our clients worldwide; co-managing the BIM team, leading a team and being responsible for project delivery.
Typically, a qualified professional in multi-discipline with at least 8 year’s relevant experience in infrastructure BIM environment is a key component of the role. The applicant should be familiar with Singapore and ISO 19650 standards and guidelines and be an enthusiastic, proactive self-starters with well-developed communications and analytical skills.
Previous Experience Working In a BIM Environment On a Major Project Or Programme Would Be Ideal, Evidence Of BIM Courses And Modules Would Strengthen Your Application. Expected To Be Numerate And Computer Literate, Competent With The Following ‘model Checking’ And ‘model Authoring’ Software’s

Specific duties
Portfolio Management
Is the responsible for the client’s Building Information Modeling global implementationProvide guidance for BIM implementation to projects to evaluate options and opportunities in order to make the most of return on investmentsManaging supply partners to ensure successful delivery on client’s requirements for projects
Governance
Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement in adherence to ISO 19650Automate project management routines in BIM to support standards and productivity through BIM collaborateChair BIM coordination meetings to communicate and track supply partners performance to meet client’s requirements
Vendor onboarding
Ensure all vendors are onboarded to common data environment, BIM collaborate for document sharing and collaborate.Assess project teams BIM competency, advising the development of the project BIM Execution Plans and approving on behalf of Client where necessary.Manage users access to the common data environment, BIM CollaborateEnsure that the project team members are using the common data environment to facilitate coordination throughout the PD&M phases.Facilitate onboarding training for supply partners.
Process
Define and own BIM execution plan for integration with supply partnersCollaborate with PMO, RDMs, ISC, Project team, Supply Chain Management, Supply Partner Management to ensure that BIM activities for projects are carried out and meet the goals that have been set in the EIR documentLead implementation of 3D visuals to engage customers in spatial decision makingUnderstand technology standards and policies to drive onboarding process and deliver required
Training and Development
Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the global production hub teams and supply partners to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the BIM model and documentationConduct internal continuing education for global production hubsMaintain high level of competency of software through continued use and trainingResearch, develop and implement areas of new technology, process and emerging best practices.
Information management
Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standardsDevelop and enforce BIM documentation workflow process standards as per ISO 19650 standardsReview BIM deliverables to ensure production consistency across all projects globally
