Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accountable for the clients’ needs and purposes of construction.
Advise the clients on project execution.
Arrange contracts between clients and builders.
Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building.
Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts and colour boards for specific design.
Analyse, identify and resolve issues on related project.
Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required.
Research and develop design and product solutions and presents them for consideration.
Design and coordinate with all internal and external sources on related projects.
Monitor project progress and use technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
Oversee any construction problems that may have arisen
Attend meeting and liaise with clients/consultants/contractors on related project.
Manage all communication with supervisor on departmental resources.
Coordinate with engineers to create design that works.
