BIM Manager
Salary: $4,800 – $7,500
Duties & Responsibilities:
Look into the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues. Assist project teams and design teams with BIM implementation
Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor its progress
Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables
Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software
Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress. Document meeting minutes highlighting key action point. Ensure the issues highlighted are resolved, concluded and monitored for resolution provided by the design team.
To oversee the BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk & Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Min 3 of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
Need to communicate with Internal staff including Site Construction Crew, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers and Client’s BIM representatives.
