BIM Manager

Job Description

Manage design activities to ensure contract requirements are met.
Ensure all designs comply with legal standards and codes.
Supervise and guide the design team.
Ensure design submissions meet statutory regulations.
Provide accurate structural analysis and ensure design integrity.
Lead and review design drawings from the team.
Coordinate with other departments during the design phase.
Ensure drawings meet codes and regulatory standards.
Create practical, site-ready designs that satisfy client needs and company profitability.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in archi, engineering or construction industry
