BIM Lead (Coastal Engineering)

Job Description

Assist the project managers in planning, setting up, optimizing, and monitoring the BIM process for coastal and reclamation projectsMonitor and manage the submission data & coordinate with project engineers and other team membersProvide support for design teams in preparing 3D, 4D and/or 5D design model, sketches, tender drawingsAssist the design engineers in preparation of presentation modelsChampions BIM adoption in the business unit by conducting trainings, sharing sessions, etc.Lead sharing sessions and exchanging of models for collaboration with internal and external partiesResearch new BIM technologies to be adopted in the business unit

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services or Architectural or Structural EngineeringMin. 8 years of experience in drafting & BIM modelling experience in Reclamation, Building or Road ProjectsCertified by BCA Academy on the Certification Course in BIM Management or equivalent qualificationsHave prior experience in BIM model management and/or coordinationProficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil3D, Autodesk Revit & Autodesk NavisworksPreferably trained in Autodesk Certified Training Centre or equivalentPosses good communication skills and presentation
