Drafter [ACMV / Revit / 5 days M&E]

Job Description

Responsibilities:Â

Prepare and update ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Maintain and revise drawings as required, ensuring that corrections and modifications are implemented as directed by the supervisor.
Independently create accurate, high-quality drawings, ensuring thorough review and quality checks before submission.
Coordinate closely with Designers and Site Engineers to address drawing details and accommodate any additional sketches or modifications requested by clients.
Organize and maintain comprehensive drawing records and reports for easy access and reference.
Develop BIM MEP (Building Information Modeling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models and collaborate with the BIM coordinator to ensure all client requirements are met.

Requirements:

Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
Candidate with 3 years experience and above will be consider as senior role
Strong knowledge of building services, particularly ducting and piping in industrial and commercial developments.
Proficient in REVIT (BIM) and AutoCAD applications (2D & 3D).
