Job Description

Basic salary up to $4500 (Drafter) OR $5500 (Coordinator)
• AWS + VB
• Salary & Positions vary, depends on experiences

Job Scope:
BIM Drafter/ Modeller
• Provide AutoCAD and Revit drafting support for the project team.
• Prepare Electrical AutoCAD and Revit drawings for submission, approval, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for site construction.
• Independently create and review drawings, ensuring accuracy before submission.
• Update, organize, and maintain current drawings and documentation.
• Conduct site surveys to verify installations and ensure accuracy of as-built drawings.

BIM Coordinator
• Manage the production of high-quality BIM models and construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Deliver a fully coordinated federated model in the required formats.
• Assist in updating and revising BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure models have the correct BIM parameters for quantification and simulation.
• Conduct clash checks and perform quality control before model release.

Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience on each position.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Revit MEP or BIM modelling.
