Job Description

Summary :

Basic up to $5000+Bonus (Salary will be commensurate with experience)

Job Scope :

Create M&E shop drawings from as-built drawings and submit on time.
Ensure drawings meet project specs.
Collaborate with project teams on drawing changes.
Help with documentation and BIM processes.
Support Project Manager with project tasks.
Complete ad-hoc assignments as needed.
BIM Coordinator:

To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision
Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats
Assists BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM
Other ad hoc duties
