Executive Designer – Mechanical (BIM)

Job Description

Knowledge of building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.
Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities
Assist on BIM execution plan
Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools
Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software
Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software
Work Coordination with teams of other disciplinary as well as mentor junior staff
Any assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Competent in REVIT or BIM
Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.
