BIM Modeler / Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking aBIM Modeler / Coordinatord BIM Modeler / Coordinator specialized in Plumbing and Sanitary systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP drafting using 3D BIM technologies and will be adept at collaborating on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Utilize AutoCAD and other 3D software to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within projects.
Maintain organized documentation and model information for easy access and reference by team members.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise.
Employ strong analytical skills to independently solve problems and improve design processes.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognized institutions.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in MEP drafting using 3D BIM (specifically Autodesk Revit) and Autodesk Navisworks for commercial projects.
Technical Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D BIM Revit, and other relevant 3D software.
Strong understanding of plumbing and sanitary systems.
Software Proficiency:Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
