Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and complete construction & shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Revise drawings based on feedback from Project Managers and team members, making necessary modifications to accommodate changes in project scope or design.
Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, identifying potential design issues and ensuring all technical specifications are met.
Collaborate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other project team members to resolve any design-related challenges.
Ensure project deadlines are met by maintaining organized workflows and promptly addressing revisions or updates.
Stay current with industry standards and best practices, ensuring all drawings comply with relevant regulations and building codes.
Assist in project documentation by maintaining accurate records of revisions and design changes.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager, contributing to the smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Architectural/Engineering field or equivalent, or BCA recognized certificate in drafting knowledge.
Experienced in AUTOCAD/ BIM software.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Civil Engineering/ Construction/Quantity Surveying industry.
Independent with good communication skill.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Language but is not compulsory.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
