Basic Qualifications:
• Any degree or diploma
• Should be a local of Singapore
• Experience of AEC Industry is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
• In charge of BIM Team consisting of BIM Coordinators & Modellers.
• Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during design, construction and handover of the projects
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice, prepare, execute and maintain BIM strategies and plans
• Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills

Experience Required: Minimum 7-10 years
