BIM Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

Manage the exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, other stakeholders, and the internal team.
Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during project design, construction, and handover.
Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice,
Prepare, execute, and maintain BIM strategies and plans.
Support and provide a review of BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Must be aware of Local codes & standards such as BCA, JTC, etc.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with an A1 contractor in Singapore.

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma or Degree in architecture with at least 5 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, or coordination, as per local codes and standards.
Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission (Corenet X) process, requirements and guidelines
With at least 5 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects.
Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and able to handle pressure.
Good communication and documentation skills.
