Job Description

Ang Mo Kio
Up to $4500 + Bonus (salary based on experience)
Permanent / Contract
Monday – Friday (Office hours)
As a BIM Drafter, YOU are responsible to:

Draft & design the routing methodology for Electrical Building Services drawings using tools such as AutoCAD/Microstation.
Taking charge of the Development of BIM Model and updates.
Reviewing of CCSM models with EIC on regular basis.
Involved in all meetings and discussions with SWC & CWC for coordination and model development matters.
Ensuring that BIM model captures the vital information pertaining to installation updates.
Monitoring and documenting of Quantity output (BQ) from BIM models for EIC reference and checks.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Pre-requisite:

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience as an BIM Drafter
Must be able to work within tight deadline.
Experience in MicroStation is an added advantage.
