Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, design and implementation of M&E systems
Develop and design mechanical and electrical systems and manage engineering activities
Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants and architects to ensure smooth execution of the projects
Prepare technical drawings and design specifications and provide technical support when required
Ensure that all designs are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables

Requirements

Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E design in the construction industry
Candidates must possess experience with MRT projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software
Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Assistant M&E Manager role
