Senior/M&E Coordinator (iconic mixed development) – JWY

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a notable record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects.
They’re now looking for Senior/M&E Coordinators to join their dynamic team for one of their iconic mixed development projects during an exciting time in their development. This role will be 5.5 days of work per week and performance bonuses to be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all M&E aspects of the project
Responsible for monitoring consultants’ designs, including managing the drawing schedule, coordination & providing support in identifying any areas of improvement
Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that project objectives and schedules are achieved timely and accurately
Liaise with the BIM modeler/drafter regarding drawings preparation and provide technical expertise when necessary to ensure drawings are completed accurately
Collaborate with cross functional teams in ensuring smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements

Minimum diploma/degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building projects.
Candidates with experience in large scale building projects will be highly desirable
