BIM Manager (MRT Project) – JWY

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Singapore. We specialize in innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology to drive excellence in the construction industry. We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Manager with experience in MRT projects to join our team and contribute to our groundbreaking work in public transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes for MRT projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, standards, and objectives.
Lead the development and maintenance of accurate and detailed BIM models for MRT infrastructure, including alignment, stations, tunnels, and associated facilities.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM models and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement quality control procedures to validate the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency in BIM processes across all project phases.
Manage BIM software and tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms, ensuring proper usage and integration with project systems.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative BIM environment.
Identify and resolve any BIM-related issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management, with a proven track record in MRT projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in BIM management or related areas are a plus.
Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360), strong project management skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
In-depth understanding of MRT project requirements, BIM standards, and industry best practices.
