SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE

1) Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the

Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Senior Architect.

2) Minimum 8 years’ experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums, institutional, hospitality

& mixed-use commercial developments.

3) Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development

& detailing.

4) Must be capable of being a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projects

independently without supervision.

5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6) Good working attitude, proactive & conscientious.

7) Self-motivated with good time management skills.

8) Ability to supervise and manage a team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.
