Your day at NTT DATA

The Modelers has capability to identify and resolve modelling issues, such as clashes or discrepancies, proactively. Analytical skills to interpret design changes and their impact on the overall model.

What You’ll Be Doing

Education:

A diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often required.

Senior-Level Experience:

5+ years of experience, often with a focus on specialized areas (e.g., structural modelling, MEP modelling).Experience in leading modelling efforts, mentoring junior modellers, and overseeing quality control of models produced by the team.

Collaboration and Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.Strong communication skills to articulate design intent, coordinate tasks, and provide updates on modelling progress.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:

BIM Software: Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks.CAD Software: AutoCAD, MicroStation.Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion).Understanding of relevant industry standards and best practices in modeling and documentation.
