Job Description

Able to understand BIM concepts with using Revit modeling and drafting.

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology with VDC.
Ensure drawing and design meet project deadline.
Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes
Liaise with architect and consultant.
Produce drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager
Familiar with program: Revit Archi ,MEP for Model
Works closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of documentations and drawings
Candidate must at least possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM Coordination, Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Min 3 years relevant experience in managing building projects using BIM
Good presentation skills and able to communicate well
Proficiency in BIM software and content interoperability knowledge
Experience in construction field & in working with CAD and BIM systems
Strong knowledge in Architecture and MEP Modelling BIM process
