Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software
Handle designing and drafting work as assigned by the Architects or engineers under minimal supervision
Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy
Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
Complete drafting responsibilities within schedule assigned
Review drawings and ensure it is within drafting standards prior to submissions
Maintain all revisions of drawings for future references
Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications
Constantly update and maintain a drafting log
Other scope of work to be assigned by the Senior Project Manager / Project Director
