Job Description

Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more servicesProduce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirementsCoordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and commentsMake the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team membersChecking of M&E DrawingsKnowledge of Combined Services DrawingsUpdate Shop-Drawing list Supporting Project Team on shop-drawing submissionAble to prepare BOM base on BIMLiaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approvalOthers as assigned

Diploma / Degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in Construction / M&E industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, ship yard projects, government projects, schools etc.Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical)Proficient in Autocad / BIM / Revit / Microstation / Eplan software etc.Good interpersonal & communication skillsExperience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous
