Job Description

Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (Civil/Structural)
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Well versed in Revit and Autocad
Experience in OpenBuildings Designer, OpenRoads Designer would be an added advantage
Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models
Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractor, Relevant Agency
Perform Civil/Structural Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
Create and update Civil/Structural Models based on contract drawings and latest information
Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
Produce BIM deliverables for Construction, documentation and Develop BIM with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
Update tunnel models based on SWCs coordination
Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner
