Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Lead the BIM/VDC team to achieve excellence in project implementation and deliverables.
Support the Senior BIM/VDC Manager in overseeing the team and ensuring adherence to BIM standards.
Make high-level decisions, manage resources, and align BIM/VDC processes with the company objectives.
Set strategic goals and ensure continuous improvement in BIM/VDC practices.
Drive innovation and growth within the BIM/VDC department.
Assist in managing project coordination and resolving complex BIM-related issues.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of BIM/VDC processes.
Requirements
Relevant Degree in construction related field or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC (by BCA) will be an advantage.
At least 8 years relevant experience and working experience on site in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage.
Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage.
