Job Responsibilities

To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail.
Ensure all architectural drawing, material sample submission, and method statement are submitted on time as per program.
Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with sub-contractors’ supervisors.
Ensuring work carried out are in compliance with Safe Work Procedures
Ensure quality of works and detailing is achieved and complied with any safety regulation and maintainability.
Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and preferably with MOH project experience.
HDB, condominium project experience will be considered.
Knowledge in BIM/VDC will be an added advantage.
