Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and submit the BEP as required.
Coordinate and manage BIM-related tasks with stakeholders and interfacing contracts.
Regularly update and report BIM progress to the SO.
Oversee and manage PBC within the contract.
Collaborate with PBM and PBC of interfacing contracts.
Identify and resolve BIM-related issues in the project.
Manage project delivery, digital solutions, and innovations.
Implement and optimize processes for BIM/VDC/IDD.
Ensure compliance with information exchange requirements across contracts.
Oversee compliance with PIR and LTAEIR across the project.
Manage protocols for BIM information exchange among stakeholders.
Provide digital solutions training to assist the SO with reviews.
Oversee and maintain BIM hardware and software throughout the project.
Coordinate and manage ICE meetings, ensuring objectives are met.
Participate actively in ICE meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage and perform checks on BIM deliverables to identify discrepancies.
Ensure PIM and AIM compliance with PIR, LTAEIR, LOIN, and regulations.
Rectify geo-coordinate misalignment issues in PIM and AIM before submission.
Verify and address issues in federated PIM and AIM with interfacing contracts.
Set up, maintain, and manage CDE, BIM hardware, software, and templates.
Implement cybersecurity measures for the Contractor’s CDE platform.
Conduct regular clash detection analysis for PIM, AIM, and CCSM.
Track and resolve design and construction conflicts within CCSM deliverables.
