Job Responsibilities

Prepare authority submission drawings in Revit / Cad
Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
Assist in preparing architectural details & documentation
Familiarity with Local Authorities Code is an advantage
Prepare 3D renderings & construction drawings
Job Requirements

Proficient in BIM and Revit Architecture
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
Good to Have BCA or Autodesk Revit Certificate
Familiar with local building codes and regulations
Self-driven and able to work independently
Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident are preferred

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson with at least 3 years of experience in BIM and Revit Architecture.
