Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor construction activities and progress, ensuring alignment with the master and detailed work schedules.

• Plan, implement, and adjust work schedules as necessary to meet project timelines.

• Liaise with the Professional Engineer regarding Temporary Works requirements and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

• Coordinate with consultants (QPS) to resolve technical issues and manage site activities with subcontractors effectively.

• Address and resolve technical and engineering problems as they arise on-site.

• Provide guidance to supervisors on construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, resolve technical issues promptly, and ensure safe working practices.

• Prepare necessary reports and method statements to support project execution.

• Manage and monitor site workers closely to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Supervise ongoing site activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
