Job Description:

• Managing and coordinating M&E design work with consultants for MRT services, ensuring all design elements meet project specifications and regulations.

• Coordinating with LTA, SWCs, and relevant authorities on CCSM and M&E design development.

• Reviewing and interpreting specifications, compliance standards, terms and conditions, drawings, and obtaining budget approvals from relevant authorities.

• Engaging in the planning and technical coordination of M&E service installations, ensuring timely and precise execution.

• Supervising site operations and coordinating closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and the on-site team to facilitate installation and maintain high-quality standards.

• Overseeing design approval, work permissions, and compliance with authorities for efficient project progress.

• Monitoring sub-contractor schedules, ensuring work quality and adherence to construction procedures, safe work practices, and compliance with site testing and inspection standard
