Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the work schedule of Structural and Civil Works Contractors (SWC) and subcontractors, collaborating closely with site operations staff to ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards.

• Prepare method statements and identify discrepancies in drawings to maintain project integrity.

• Prepare and submit material submissions and sample submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project teams, and other stakeholders regarding project progress.

• Provide technical advice to resolve M&E-related technical issues as they arise.

• Conduct inspections to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with SWC on structural and civil work-related matters.

• Carry out inspections with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) and Resident Engineers (RE) as per specifications and approved drawings
