Prepare design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs
Prepare construction/shop drawings fromdesign intent and submit for approvals
Monitor design development and liaisewith consultants on design issues
Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues
Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms with the drawings
Coordinating with subcontractors on site matters
Bachelor of Architecture Minimum 3 years related local experience
Positive, mature and self-motivated
Willing to learn and take up challenges
