Job Description

Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works
Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC
Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
Candidate with HDB projects drafting experience will be an advantage
Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller/Drafter will support project design through developing and managing VEP and VDC standards, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing data flow for model exchanges. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software is essential, with 5+ years of experience in BIM, ideally in HDB projects.
