Job Description:

Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with the requirements of the authorities
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-con on technical matters
Ensure all submission of detailed drawings, materials, and mock-up for early approval
Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards
Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
Liaise with sub-contractors
Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
Review and revise the current revision status
Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
Detailing and documentation of working drawing
Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal review comments from consultants
Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

Minimum 8 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
Having experience in LTA Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
Willing to work in the site office
