Job Description

Your Role

Assist in doing tender
Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams
The Requirements

Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm
Be able to read and understand construction drawings
Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Architecture - AutoCad draughting and knowledge in BIM technology is preferred. Able to work independently without supervision and good knowledge of local building codes. To assist Senior Architectural Coordinator as required. Minimum 3 years relevant experience.Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
