Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct inspection with RE/RTO.
To assists in micro scheduling for M&E works.
To attend to daily site coordination with Arch. related matters.
Conduct internal quality check prior to RE/RTO inspection.
Assists in Procurement and monitor materials (e.g. concrete, prepack materials, etc.).
Planning and manage site access.
To manage and liaise with team lead.
Compile and prepare material wastage summary.
To execute trade demo.
To assists Engineer for temporary works inspection.
Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
Ability to identify and Resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
Planning and ‘Monitor that all defects reported are rectified with quality.
Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service. Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage.
At least 3 year of experience in a HDB BTO project
Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
An independent, also be able to work in team, can cope in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated and a good team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of BIM would be an advantage.

Job Summary
We are seeking an M&E Inspector with at least 3 years of experience to conduct inspections with RE/RTO and assist in micro-scheduling for M&E works. Candidates must be willing to travel to project site offices across Singapore and have a background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
