DRAFTER (CAD | BIM)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of construction details drawings.
• In charge of all drawing construction development required by the project for submission
• Prepares drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches, and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works;
• Maintains, updates, and makes amendments to drawings as needed.
• Analyses and interprets changes to construction drawings.
• Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and construction standards.
• Requires the knowledge and understanding of the project scope and requirements for the preparation of

detailed shop drawings
• Ensures the proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings in hardcopy and electronic media.
• Manages and draws multiple project drawings concurrently and accurately in time.
• Prepares documents and transmittal forms for submissions and attends project meetings as needed.
• Consult with key personnel or engineers for the project on necessary details drawings.
• Ensures all materials are detailed and accounted for in construction architectural drawings.

• Liaise with the Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in C&S, Architectural, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Private Large scale Projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD / BIM.
Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
Any experience in Construction or architectural is a bonus
