ENGINEER (C&S | ARCHITECTURAL)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

C&S/ Site: Oversee structural designs, and site inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Architectural: Coordinate architectural designs, liaise with clients and consultants, and manage construction details.
M&E: Handle technical mechanical and electrical system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Overall:

Lead site coordination across respective trades to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Ensure the submission of required documents on time.
To ensure works are constructed in accordance with contract and shop drawings.
Liaise effectively with Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) standards on-site
To carry out inspection of trades work.
To update project progress with scheduling tools.
To ensure work activities are carried out in a safe working environment.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Managemen

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in respective fields
Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
Initiative, independent with a strong sense of commitment & urgency.
Dynamic, good team player, and ability to work well with people.
Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure the smooth progress of works, high-quality standards, and minimal defects.
Good knowledge of construction specifications and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office
