Job Description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the Façade Engineer position.

Responsibilities:-

Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
Delivery of technical presentations
Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
Requirements:-

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
Proficient in CAD, 3D Modelling software- Revit, Rhino, Sketchup software
Construction trends, international design standards and building regulations
3-5 years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management
Possesses deep understanding about various façade materials.
Possesses strong project management skills.
Willing and able to travel as needed (1 – 2 times/month)
Able to multitask and a good team player
Relationship building and networking skills
Skilled in interacting with people of diverse cultural backgrounds at various levels
