Job Description

Experience:

Up to 2 years of experience in BIM modeling across various disciplines.
Experience in international projects (Middle East, Singapore).
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
Strong 3D & 2D modeling skills.
Knowledge in material handling, rendering, lighting, and animation.
Familiarity with ISO processes.
Ability to prepare General Arrangement drawings, plans, elevations, and section details for structures and systems.
Role Accountabilities:

Design and perform BIM modeling for specific disciplines under supervision.
Ensure model and drawing accuracy based on BIM standards and workflow criteria.
Daily synchronization of models/drawings to the cloud collaboration platform.
Ensure timely completion of all productions.
Regularly report progress to the BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager.
Record all exported information correctly.
Implement quality control through self-checks and checking colleagues’ work.
Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design and model changes.
Adhere to BEP and BIM project workflow criteria.
Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Prepare discipline models/content for BIM coordination meetings.
Export NWD/IFC and other formats for collaboration.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Prepare 2D CAD/Revit drawings and 3D models per client requirements.
Perform other duties as required.
Adapt to new work or challenges as per business requirements.
Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design changes and model updates.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings, providing necessary model/content support.
Ensure all deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all BIM-related activities and updates.
Support the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards within the team.
Provide training and support to junior colleagues and new team members.
Contribute to the development of BIM best practices and standards within the organization.

Preferred Skills:
