Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM BEP/LAE BIM GUID and BIM project criteria.
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes.
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.
Production of shop-drawings and as built drawing, including BIM Models if required.
Document control of submissions (Technical Data, sho-drawings, as built)

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognized institutions
Min 1 years of experience in MEP drafting using 3D BIM (Autodesk Revit) and Autodesk Navisworks for commercial projects.
Well versed with strong techniques in AutoCAD, 3D BIM Revit in MEP and other 3D software
