Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understand design intent and create/update C&S BIM models.
Produce BIM documentation for authority submission.
Create/Modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric).
Perform clash detection and resolve technical issues
Proper archival/record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation following BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated.
Coordinate and communicate with project team.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Modelling works in built / construction industry.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit Structures, Microstation, Navisworks, Corenet X IFC-Sg, etc
Able to work independently and as a team player
Excellent time and task management skills
