Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Work closely with Engineers and responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AUTO CAD

• Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance with specifications or statutory requirements.

• Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.

• Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as-built purposes.

• Should be able to adapt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience

• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.

• Knowledge in design and building projects and relevant code of practice.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is a must.

• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive
