Job Description
Responsibilities:
Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors’ claims
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
