M&E Drafter ( REVIT | BIM )

Job Description

Position: M&E DRAFTER

(Yearly renewable contract basis, with end contract incentive)

Jurong east
5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm / Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm)
Salary range: $3000 – $4000 + transport allowance + variable bonus
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent
Min 3 years of relevant working experience
Well verse in building services especially ducting and piping, etc. in Industrial and Commercial Developments
Proficient in REVIT (BIM) and Autocad Application (2D & 3D)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To prepare & update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, as-built drawings using Autocad and Revit Softwares
To maintain & update drawings as needed and make corrections to drawings as directed by Superior
To prepare accurate and quality drawings independantly and review own work prior to submission
To co-ordinate with Designer/Site Engineers with regards to drawing detail and all other necessary sketch as requested by Client
To prepare accurate and quality drawings independantly and review own work prior to submission
To maintain drawing records and reports
To prepare BIM MEP modelling and to liaise with BIM co-ordinator to meet Clients’ requirements
