Be a champion in the advancement of BIM, VDC and digitalisation

Responsibilities

Provide inputs to improve QA/QC monitoring for alignment with organisation VDC/IDD standards
Updating of organisational BIM templates and standardisation documentation
Creation and monitoring of 2D/3D families
Lead a team of Modellers/Specialist and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
Support design coordination with technical teams, Client, subcontractors via VDC
Run QA/QC check for correct parameters and attributes for 5D Cost Management
Create/Maintain Dashboard for monitoring of project management metrics
