Job Description

Prepare BIM e-submission to authorities
Coordinate BIM drawings with Consultants and Contractors.
Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission
Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
Minimum 3 years of experience
Minimum Diploma in Architecture or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Proficient in ArchiCAD
Experience in BIM e-submission to authority
Experience in preparing construction drawings
