Job Description
Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
Provide guidance and conduct in-house BIM training to other team members
Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or equivalent from any recognised tertiary institution preferred
Specialist Diploma in BIM
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
Good knowledge of Authorities’ requirements and overall project process
5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays
Working location: Central, Singapore
