BIM Coordinator

Job Description

Responsible for managing BIM deliverables such as BIM Models, BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures
Lead technical team in BIM operations from setting up of project to modelling to troubleshooting of model issues to ensure timely delivery of BIM model for Client’s design reviews, statutory submissions, CORENET X and tender documentation
Liaise with Engineer/Manager in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/ approval.
Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture with more than fifteen years (15) years working experience within construction industry, of which at least ten (10) years’ experience in BIM management & coordination and has completed a major infrastructure or building project employing BIM, with project value above $500million.
Formally trained in BCA Academy’s Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) with minimum BIM Diploma qualification and should be familiar with Singapore & ISO 19650 standards. A certified Digital Delivery Specialist would be an advantage.
Proficient in at least one of each of the following ‘model checking’ and ‘model authoring’ software’s: Solibri Model checker / Solibri Office, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, Bentley AECOsim, Bentley Synchro, VR Collab, Navigator
